(Fuswilath) 41 : 49
لَا يَسْأَمُ الْإِنْسَانُ مِنْ دُعَاءِ الْخَيْرِ وَإِنْ مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ فَيَئُوسٌ قَنُوطٌ

Human beings never tire of praying for good; and if evil afflicts them, they become hopeless and despaired.

To the believer who lives here testifying Adhikr—the Speech of the Lord—only good happens and evil doesn’t happen. The disbelieving Fujjar who live here forgetting Adhikr are commanding the evils and forbidding the good, and so they are promised Hellfire as told in verses 9: 67-68. They are filth and the Hellfire is earned by them as told in verses 9: 28 and 9: 80-82. See explanation 17: 83; 39: 8, 53; 42: 20.
